1 tri-tip roast, 2 ½ to 3 pounds
½ cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons garlic-pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
1. Preheat grill to medium heat. In a small bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce, garlic-pepper seasoning and chives. Brush mixture on entire roast.
2. Place roast on grill for 30 to 40 minutes or until meat reaches 160°F on a meat thermometer for medium doneness, turning once.
3. Slice diagonally across the grain.
